Our office accepts a variety of payment forms including personal check, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), and financing through Unicorn Financial. Unicorn offers a 12 MONTHS SAME AS CASH, NO INTEREST OPTION for longer financing. If working with insurance is a must, we ask that you pay your deductible, co-payment, and non-covered portions at the time of your visit. If your insurance company fails to pay after 2 submissions, you are responsible for the balance. Unicorn Financial can provide total financing for both individuals and families.
